I’d like to change a region in the the App Store

hello, I’d like to change a region in the the App Store, it says that I have to change a region also in the Apple Music. To do that you have to cancel your current subscription to Apple Music, I did it. However, it’s last until 12th of January. And still it shows me the note that I have to cancel my subscription, but I have already did that.
