apple tv plus (and even purchased movies) cannot play video, it says that my monitor do not support hdcp

On my and on Apple TV, when I try to play something, it says that my monitor do not support HDCP, (I have a MacBook Pro 14'' 2021), but If I try in safe mod everything go well.

how can I make thing work in normal mode?

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 12.2

To play commercial movies at good resolutions, your display must be modern enough to support HDCP. If it does not, the copy-protecion cannot be worked around.
