I can't sent messages trough my iPad to non Apple devices

To help with your issue if we can go through some steps as follows:

On your iPhone:

• Please go to Settings > Messages and turn off and on iMessage
• Check 'Text Message Forwarding' and turn off and on the iPad
• Check that 'Send as SMS' is also on as this allows messaging when iMessage is not available
• Check that 'MMS Messaging' is also on

On you iPad:

• Check that your iPad has the latest iPadOS: https://support.apple.com/en-au/guide/ipad/ipad9a74c576/ipados
• Got to Settings > Messages and turn off and on iMessage.
• Restart your iPad: https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT210631

If that still does not resolve your issue you could contact your mobile service provider or Apple Support.

You can do this as follows:

• Online:--> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple;
• Contacting a local Apple Store or AASP among the list provided above but also again as follows Apple – Location Selector; or
• Using the "Apple Support" app, available and downloadable from App Store.

I could not send messages or make phone calls from my iphone after I had updated the latest iOS. Very annoying when it occurs late at night, The instructions were useful.

FYI, this is not Apple support and posting more than once is not helpful. And,this is not instant chat.
