To cancel my Apple Music and change my region

I cancel my subscription Apple Music and still I can use till 30/01/2022 but I want to change my region now I can’t wait, how I can be in this situation?

Cancellation is only effective for the upcoming period. No option but to wait it out, unfortunately.
