I have been to this site and got an “automated” response from Apple saying that no one is available now and try again but thanks. Seems to be like the federal government. I’ve had it escalated upstairs. I don’t understand why it is so difficult especially since I have an existing plan and they have ALL the information on my computer. Exasperating.
