I'm trying to buy an application from the store, which says to fully support my iOS version.
However the installation goes to a `Manage Payments` screen and then gets stuck there.
Free applications that are compatible can be installed, but I'm unable to buy anything even though all payments methods I configure are correct.
I've tried restarting the device, and even fully reset the device. Nothing works.

The payment method is not declined.
As said I am also able to install free applications that are compatible with my device.
This is not the correct solution for my problem.
