Hi , I bought my iPad mini from iran 5-6 years ago and the store puts their Apple ID to my iPad , now my iPad is locked and it’s required to add the first Apple ID that I don’t have access to it.

Apple can remove the ID if provided the required paperwork to include the original purchase receipt with the serial number on it.
