Blue outline on apple watch series 7

I have a blue outline around the face of my series 7 watch. I have turned off Assistive Touch but I still have the outline. Any idea what else it could be?

Try this;

Settings\Accessibility\Assistive Touch\Hand Gestures\Activation Gesture\Visual Signal

The blue border can be turned off by turning this Visual Signal to off.

Have you referred to Use AssistiveTouch on Apple Watch (Apple Watch SE and Apple Watch Series 6 and later only) - Apple Support?
