Downloding apps
If I purchased an app on my iphone…then should I have to purchase the same app on my ipad???If I have the same apple id

Assuming that an App supports both iPad and iPhone, in purchasing an App it should be available to all devices that are signed-in to iCloud and [importantly the App Store] with that same AppleID account.
