I made a mistake and forgot to unpair my watch from my old iphone before i transferred all the data to my new iphone. now i am trying to pair up my new phone and iwatch and i can't because i can't unlock the iwatch from either phone. any suggestions?

From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.
Go to Find iPhone.
Click All Devices at the top of the screen.
Click your Apple Watch.
Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.
Click Remove from Account.
Then go here;
