Allana,

If you notice it immediately (before you do anything else) you can use Edit > Undo Delete Playlist.

Or if you happen to have played the full playlist recently, you can sort your songs library by Last Played date and they should be in a row so you can recreate the playlist.

Failing either of those, you can do a restore out of Time Machine.
