Return the old Iphone
I bought a new Iphone, but did not receive a return email on how to return the old one. What should I do to receive an email where and how to return my old Iphone.

If you made your new iPhone purchase online and arranged to return your old one, you should receive a box and mailing label to return the device. The new device and the box should arrive at almost the same time. Normally they expect the return in around 14 days from the date of receipt of the new device. If some time has passed and you have not received the return box, then use the Get Support link at the top of the page here and contact Apple Support for help and tell them you have not received your return box and they should see about sending you another one.
