I set up a screen time password on my son's IPAD (7th gen), (not on the Family Organisers device). I have forgotten the password, tried a heap of possibilities. I've tried to reset his Ipad to factory settings but need the screen time password. I don't get the option to reset the screen time password on his device. Please help.

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately I don't get the option to click on Forgot Password to do the reset. I'll contact support and see if they can help.
