I have an iPhone 13 as a work phone and an iPhone XR as my personal phone. I have signed into both with the same apple ID. Is there anyway that I can use the same apple ID, but stop my work phone (iPhone 13) accessing my personal data ie. call logs, photos and other apps?

If you use the same Apple ID on both phones, the data will sync to both phones. For photos, turn off iCloud Photos syncing.
