How to get App Store back

The app store can’t be removed, so it is somewhere on your phone.

The first thing to do is go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions/iTunes & App Store Purchases and make sure that all of the settings are “allow”.

If it is already “allow” or if that doesn’t help find the App Store, go to the App Library, which is the last page of the Home screen, find the App Store (it will be there) and drag it to some other page of the Home screen.

App Store cannot be deleted, though it can be blocked by a screen time policy or by a provisioning profile. If this is a managed iPhone, check with the folks managing it. If this has screen time enabled, turn that off, and try again.
