is there any way to have two apps operable in the same screen -- not just something like Contacts but Photoshop say and One Note or Notes?

is there any way to have two apps operable in the same screen -- not just something like Contacts but Photoshop say and One Note or Notes? Need to type historical documents, written in longhand in the 18th century, into a word processing program. Switching back and forth is terribly inefficient -- how can I open both? in split screen?

Open up 2 apps.

Click on the green button in the top left of the window on 1 app, which will allow you to position it left or right

Then click the other app that shows on the other side of screen and click it

You will have 1 app left and 1 app right
