Forgot the screen time passcode

I want to reset my old iPhone 11 , however I forgot the screen time passcode in which the passcode can’t change as “10 failed passcode attempts “ shown on the screen

If you are unable to reset Screen Time passcode from the this-> link then, you will need a computer. If you don't have one, borrow from a friend.
