How to pay for storage

Open Settings ➡️ Apple ID (Your Name at top) ➡️ Manage Storage ➡️ Change Storage Plan: Once here, then choose the storage plan that you want and follow the onscreen instructions.

NOTE: You are not going to be able to extend or increase your iPhone’s storage by purchasing the above.

If you're referring to the iPhone's internal storage, there isn't any way to increase it.

If you're referring to iCloud storage, it'll come out of your iTunes Store credit first, and then the payment methods on file.
