Troubleshooting Being Scammed:
Having been scammed, here is what to do...
A. Report this Message:
This message you speak of is no more than a scam. So, report this to Apple and the Government (if an option):
Take a screenshot of that phone number/message and send it off to Apple.
Go Here: Take a Screenshot on your iPhone - Apple Support
Forward the screenshot to: reportphishing@apple.com
(In the US. Only): Report Phishing Scam Calls at www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov
B. Learn About Avoiding Scams:
C. Consider Modifying your Crdentials:
D. Deauthorize All Option:
Try Deauthorize All. You can only Deauthorize All items once every 365 days. So, you may have to wait up to a year before you can perform this. Go Here: Authorize or Deauthorize your Computer for iTunes Store purchases - Apple Support
E. Verify the Devices:
Verify that the devices assigned to your iCloud are your devices: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support
