My Ipod is frozen due to trying to update it through Itunes. The ipod has a laptop and a plug going toward it with the following above it support.apple.com/ipodrestore

I was trying to update my Ipod through my home computer and the screen is now locked on my Ipod telling me to plug it in and go to support.apple.com/restore. Please help
