desktop folder question mark

I have deleted (accidentally) my download, desktop, and documents folders. They "cannot be found." How do I restore the folders? Please and thank you.

Finder >Preferences>Sidebar>



or

Go to your Applications folder and drag them back to the Finder Sidebar
