How do you disable accessibility shortcuts?

Recently my mac has been send to repairment because it was slower than usual, when it came back if i used the down arrow it would open the accessibility shortcuts menu, is there any way to make it work like normal?

Have you checked System Preferences>Keyboard>Shortcuts

Have a look in there and see if the Down Arrow is assigned to show Accessibility Controls in the Accessibility section. If it is you can change it or restore defaults - mine is set to Option-Cmd-F5
