Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! From our understanding, you would like to have your iPhone power off completely, is that right? We see that you're coming from this article: Restart your iPhone which shows you how to restart your device. You can check out to completely turn it off here: Turn iPhone off or on.
Both of these are manual task and cannot be set up to happen automatically.
