my son gave me a macbook pro he was hoping I could use. My old laptop is going down. I have 2 discs for insert but cannot find where to insert. I am getting a continuest question mark. shutting for for 10 seconds and starting does not help.

depending on what model this is (silkscreened on the Botton of the case in tiny letters) it may have a DVD slot reader on the right-hand side.

please post the model number so we can get look it up to get an idea of the model-year
