I lost all my iPhone contacts

i downloaded a app called super cleaner to my iphone and it said i could retrieve any info within 20 days. but when i looked it had deleted all my contacts and i can’t contact them

Where did you download the app from? From the App Store? Or from elsewhere?

If you were using iCloud, access iCloud.com and restore your contacts from there.

Otherwise, restore a backup from iCloud or your local Mac or Windows system from before the deletion.
