Not sure what all you have tried from āonline in supportā. I am going to list the most common software/setting related issues and you can go through the list to troubleshoot.
- heck to see that the Silent switch isĀ not set to ON. Silent switch is located on theĀ Top Left SideĀ of your iPhone.
- OpenĀ SettingsĀ āĀ Sounds & HapticsĀ āĀ Ringer and AlertsĀ : Make sure this is not set toĀ OFFĀ or too Low. SetĀ Change with ButtonsĀ toĀ OFF. Below that Make sure that there is aĀ Ringtone selected.
- Check to see thatĀ Silence Unknown CallersĀ is set toĀ OFF.Ā OpenĀ SettingsĀ āĀ PhoneĀ āĀ Silence Unknown CallersĀ : Set this toĀ OFF
- Make sure that a ringer sound is assigned. OpenĀ SettingsĀ āĀ Sounds & HapticsĀ āĀ RingtoneĀ : Ensure that a Ringtone is assigned here.
- Check to see thatĀ Do Not DisturbĀ is set toĀ OFF. OpenĀ SettingsĀ āĀ FocusĀ āĀ Do Not DisturbĀ : Set this toĀ OFF
- If all of the above is OK on your iPhone thenĀ Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:
- Press and quickly release Volume UP button
- Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
- Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).Ā
