Macbook (2015) keeps suggesting tu update to MacOs Monterey

Since a couple of days my macbook (12inch early 2015) keeps suggesting me to update my mac, but the problem is that, my mac is not compatible with that update? why does it keep doing this?

Perhaps you're confusing an Update with an Upgrade. Big Sur was recently updated to version 11.6.3 on 22 Jan 2022.

See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MacOS_Big_Sur

Going from Big Sur to Monterey would be an upgrade, not an update. The Early 2015 MacBook can not be upgraded to Monterey, but Big Sur was recently updated.
