It's the icon with the blue folder called Files.


Where it is, is hard to say. It should be in one of your Home Screens, or may be in the App Library if it was removed from a home screen but not deleted. Or it could be deleted and would need to be downloaded from the App Store if that was the case: link-> https://apps.apple.com/us/app/files/id1232058109
