Seagate Backup unable to mount

I have a Seagate Backup external hard drive with 4TB in it and it's formatted as MacOS Extended (Journaled). It shows up on my disk utility, however I can't mount it. When I do click on the Mount option, it shows this error message of "Could not mount “Seagate Backup”. (com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error 49244.)". I've updated my Macbook Pro to macOS Monterey version 12.2.

Is there any way to force to mount my external hard drive to my Mac and possibly recover any lost files without having to delete/erase and then reformatting?

Is the disk connected directly to the Mac, not through a hub?

When did this problem occur in relation to what you did on the Mav right before this problem occurred?

Hello!

It is connected through a portable usb C hub.

This problem occurred last week but I was able to save all the files from my Seagate to a different external hard drive. Then I erased all the data and files I had from the Seagate and was able to revive it until it's occurred again this time.
