I m trying to transfer whatsapp data from iphone to galaxy z fold 3 after 38% getting chats ready the application of whatsapp closes automatically like it crashed or something i tried almost 20-30 times but i am helpless and stuck in the middle is there any assistance i can get please help me as this is getting quite serious.
i already tried this way but getting same issue almost did 30 times but helpless and stuck at the moment seems there is some bug which needs to be fixed in apple latest ios version if you can do any further help please let me know.
i think you haven't checked or you are not updated with the info on whatsapp there is now official way in whatsapp to transfer the data between apple and android samsung devices only.Please check google you will find hundreds of comments on crash of whatsapp application when transferring the data
It has something to do with iCloud.many users have reported that & ONLY some of them have been able to fix it by deleting & restoring through iCloud whatsapp backup on reinstallation .So Apple’s software bug thing cannot be negated. Since many users are facing issues, atleast Apple should look into it & confirm that there are no issues from their side.

i tried alternate ways by deletin whatsapp reinstalled again restored icloud backup but nothing worked out its something what i believe and found its a ios bug and no solution with anyone regarding this issue.
Then contact WhatsApp for support. That's not an Apple product or service.

It is not an "apple software crash". Apple's software is not what's crashing. That's a WhatsApp product. Contact them.
