Send an invitation as described in Set up Family Sharing


As you seem to have an iPhone the steps from that document are

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap your name, then tap Family Sharing.
  3. Tap Add Member.
  4. Enter your family member's name or email address and follow the onscreen instructions.
  5. Choose whether you’d like to send an invitation via Messages or to invite them in person. Then follow the onscreen instructions.
