How to cancel subscription and get refund ? They deducted my account without my permission I just tried the 30 days trial and it’s just 3 days I don’t like it

Trial subscriptions will all automatically renew without you doing anything. Your downloading the app and starting the trial subscription is giving them permission to charge your account. You may wish to read the fine print closer as you do a trial subscription. See this about cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund. Subscriptions and Billing - Official Apple Support
