Can't install Apple News app

Hi - I have an Apple One subscription and would like to change the news sources that I'm following. The Apple News app is not installed on my iPhone and when I try to install it from the App Store I get the following error "RESTRICTIONS ENABLED Certain apps, features, or services can't be seen or used when Restrictions are on. To use this app, turn Restrictions off." However, I have no Restrictions enabled on the phone. I'm running iOS 15.3 and have restarted, etc. Any ideas on this? Thanks!

Please check your region Settings > General > Language & Region > Region [Has to be USA, US, Australia or Canada]
