How do I remove an old email address on my iPad?

If you're using Apple Mail app, and you're still using iOS 12.5.5:
- From the Home screen, tap Settings>Passwords & Accounts.
- Under Accounts, tap on the email account you want to delete.
- Tap Delete Account
When done, restart your iPad.
