Will Time Machine automatically backup all partitions on a drive

Back up your Mac with Time Machine

If one has more than one (1) operating systems installed on the computer like macOS Mojave and used Bootcamp to install Windows - Time Machine will ONLY backup the macOS and not touch the Windows installation.
