How to stop Safari sidebar from opening when moving cursor to another device using Universal Control

Hi there. The sidebar in Safari automatically triggers when the mouse hits the left edge of the screen. This is quite unhelpful if you're using Universal Control to control another device to the left of a device with Safari open. Could Apple consider changing this behaviour, so the sidebar doesn't automatically trigger when the mouse hits the left edge of the screen in the process of moving the cursor over to another device?

Hello siguwade257,

Thanks for your post to Apple Support Communities. We understand you have some feedback about the Safari Sidebar automatically showing while you have Safari in full screen. We do love hearing suggestions and ideas from our customers, particularly when it can improve their workflow. We ask if you'd be willing to submit that feedback at our official form here:
