If I got a new phone number and I have 2 email addresses thru Gmail. Well I changed the password for one of the emails but now it won’t let me reset it and since I did change the phone number on my account before, google is not recognizing my phone so now I’m looked out the email

You'll have to contact google for assistance with your gmail account.
