when i change the toolbar in Customize Toolbar i moved something that cause this bug in the tab layout,
and when i tried to enter to Customize Toolbar again Safari don't respond anymore and don't open the
menu, like this:
i really don't want to reinstall macOS but i don't see any other option to fix this.

It looks like you're having an issue with the layout in Safari. We can understand wanting to look into that further. We want to help.
First, we'd recommend clearing Safari history and website data to see if that helps: Clear your browsing history in Safari on Mac
If that doesn't help, we'd suggest checking for and disabling any extensions that may be running in Safari to see if that changes anything: How to install Safari extensions on your Mac

Hi ryane77, it doesn't work clear history, even empty cache, I've already tried that like a month ago, when the problem starts, I thought that with the macOS 12.2 update it was going to be fixed, but not, I can use separate tab layout but is not what i want,
I don't use extensions either.

Hey ryane77, finally i can fix it, i put a little window of Safari that not was showing any tab, and i enter to Customize Toolbar and in this occasion i was able to enter, so i dragged the default tool bar and it did, thank you so much for the help, and anyone who is with the problem try with open a little window
