That depends on what your budget for one is.
I started out using a Belkin Multimedia Dock which worked well but limited to 30Hz video on its HDMI connector for 4K (2K and less works at 60 Hz). Used it for a year without issue:

I reached a point where I out grew that plus wanted 4K display capability and I am now using the OWC Thunderbolt 4 dock which is performing quite well:

There are many other USB-C and Thunderbolt docks/hubs out there and you can look around for one that has the right "fit" for you in terms of price and features. Just make sure they mention Mac compatible.
