Troubleshooting AirPods Case Charge:

A. Cleaning with Swab:

Clean them with a cotton swab. Tap them along the inside of the charging case.

B. Go Brand-For-Brand:

Use an Apple brand cable to charge. This is typical for Trustworthiness and Reliability.

C. Power:

Be certain the outlet you are carging this from is powered on.
