Yes. Set up Messages on your Mac. Go Here: Set up Messages on iPhone - Apple Support
You cannot export the message from your iPhone to your Mac to clear up space on your iPhone. What you can do is keep your messages in synch between your iPhone and your Mac. NOTE: When you do this, if you delete a message on your iPhone then it will also be deleted on your Mac and vice versa.
