WhatsApp status update not happening

Even after buying iPhone 13

i am not able to upload videos / pics to the status

“couldn’t send “ error occurs

in android there is no issue but I am facing this in my new phone as well as iPhone XR version

WhatsApp is not an Apple product, best you ask the app developer on their website/forum for support.
