I can only hear calls through my iPhone speaker

Hello there,

i am facing an issue with my phone, whenever they call me I can only hear them if I put them on the speaker. I can’t undestand that my phone doesn’t even have a minor damage. Hope you’re guys able to help me cause I cannot afford to buy another iPhone. My device is IPhone 11 Pro Max 256GB Unlocked . And I purchased from the Apple store at Walnut Street in Philadelphia.

See this, If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support and if that does not help, use the Get support link at the top of the page here, or if you have an Apple Store close by, make a Genius Bar appointment and have the device examined by Apple. www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar/
