EMAIL

I’ve changed the Apple ID. My email has been set to new in settings, but the email which is shown under the name in settings is still the old one. Any recommendiations?

Have you signed out of the old address and signed in with the new address in Settings/Your Name?


If you have changed your ID or password, have you followed the steps in this article? Make sure you turn of Find My Phone before signing out of the old ID. Once signed out and Find My Phone is off, then sign in with the new ID, then turn Find My Phone back on.
