Body of emails can't be seen after updating to Monterey 12.2

I updated the software on just my computer to the Mac OS Monterey Version 12.2. Now suddenly I can see the body of my e-mails on my computer. I have spent hours (not joking) talking to Apple support and no one has any idea what to do. I have done everything to my computer that I have read about online and nothing works. I know it's a problem with the software update because my phone and iPad are totally fine. The apple support said I can't take it to the store for help because they don't deal with software issues. So I am at the mercy of apple support on the phone and they don't know what to do. Anyone else have this problem?

Thanks

Do you mean "I can't see the body of my emails on my computer"? If so then give this a try: boot into Safe Mode according to How to use safe mode on your Mac and test to see if the problem persists. Reboot normally and test again.

NOTE: Safe Mode boot can take up to 3 - 5 minutes as it's doing the following;

• Verifies your startup disk and attempts to repair directory issues, if needed

• Loads only required kernel extensions (prevents 3rd party kernel/extensions from loading)

• Prevents Startup Items and Login Items from opening automatically

• Disables user-installed fonts

• Deletes font caches, kernel cache, and other system cache files
