when you lose a device & try to play the sound. Is the location of the sound reported in the find my app? My Apple Watch has been missing & it keep saying it’s with me when I play the sound but it never has been. Please help

The watch is by now surely dead. Others are noticing the location changes with them as they change locations, when the watch is dead and honestly can't be tracked. The only way to find a watch which is dead is to look for it the old fashioned look for it way.

How long has it been missing? The battery in Apple Watch is pretty small and discharges pretty fast. If it's been a few days, it wouldn't be powered on and couldn't make a sound or show it's true location.
Since Monday… it’s been saying it’s with me but isn’t because I lost it. On the app it says it’s with me then online when I log into iCloud.con it’s offline
