This article explains the requirements for removing an Activation Lock: Request additional support for unlocking your device. We do want to be up front and let you know that you will not be able to remove the lock from the device without the assistance of the original owner of the device or whomever locked it with the Apple ID.

We understand the issue you are facing, patincessjhaine17. The articles we provided in our last message explain how Activation Lock works, including how to remove it. If you are not the original owner of the Apple Watch, you will need to work with that person to remove the lock.
