I cant find a way to subscribe to Apple TV on my fire cube

That is indeed the case. Currently, on Amazon Fire TV devices, you can't purchase content or subscribe in the Apple TV app. You can purchase content on another supported device to watch it in the Apple TV app on your Amazon Fire TV device.
If you have no other device with the Apple TV app, then you can also subscribe to Apple TV+ on the website tv.apple.com.
