I couldn’t add my cards through apple pay I have talked to the bank and they had said the card can be added through apple pay .any help?

If the card issuer states it can be added to Apple Pay and there is no issue on their end, you'll need to contact Apple Support directly using the link in the previous reply. From there they can look further into this issue with you.
