hi, I go swimming everyday. does anyone know how to silence calls/notification etc on Apple Watch series 7 when a workout starts?
its the GPS only model I have and just now I'm getting every notification and calls during my swimming session each day. I did find a tutorial on switching a workout: do not disturb toggle on but this seems to be based on an older version of WatchOs

On your iPhone -> Settings -> Focus, setup your Do Not Disturb preferences, or setup "Personal Focus"
On the Apple Watch -> Settings -> Focus -> Mirror my iPhone [X]
